Cambodia: The kingdom's Capital and largest city is Phnom Penh. The country is sharing borders with Thailand, Laos and Vietnam and has 443 km of coastline along the Gulf of Thailand. It experiences tropical monsoons from May-October (rainy season) and a dry season from November to April which is also the best time to visit. Kmer culture, as developed and spread by the Khmer Empire has distinctive styles of dance, architecture and sculpture which has been exchanged with neighbouring Laos and Thailand. The festival of Boat Racing is the most attended Cambodian national festival. Worth visiting : Angkor Wat and Angkor Thomin Angkor, Preah Khan, Banteay Srei and Kdei Temples and Phnom Bakheng for sunset.
Laos: Is a landlocked country in South East Asia and the thickly forested landscape consists mostly of rugged mountains. The Mekong River forms a large part of the western boundary with Thailand, whereas the mountains of the Annamite Chain form most of the eastern border with Vietnam. Climate is tropical and monsoonal. The capital and largets cityis Vientiane. Laos is home to a number of animal species. Theravada Buddhism is a dominate influence in Lao culture. It is reflected throughout the country from language to the temple and in art and literature.
Vietnam: Is the easternmost country on the Indochina peninsula and has two world's heritage sites: Halong Bay and Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park. The delta of the Red River is smaller but more intensely developped and densely populated than the Mekong River Delta. The culture life of Vietnam has been influenced by neighbouring China. the country is investing capital into the coastline regions that are already popular for their beaches and boat tours. Its capital Hanoi, is located on the right bank of the Red River. It hosts more cultural sites than any other city in Vietnam including over 600 pagodas and temples. It has many scenic lakes and sometimes called the city of lakes.
